1.1 Your satisfaction is our top priority at Svenfish. We are committed to delivering you the freshest and highest quality seafood. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, we have the following refund policy in place.

2.0 Refund Policy

2.1 We offer a full refund on any purchase that doesn't meet your expectations regarding quality. However, due to the nature of our products, we can't accept returns.

2.2 To be eligible for a refund, you must file a complaint within 48 hours of receiving your order.

3.0 Reporting a Problem

3.1 If you find an issue with the quality of your order, please contact our customer service team via email at customerservice@svenfish.com or call us at (866)-786-3774.

3.2 In your communication, provide us with your order number, delivery date, and detailed explanation of the problem. Providing pictures of the issue can expedite the process.

4.0 Refund Processing

4.1 Upon receipt of your complaint, our quality assurance team will review the information provided. If your complaint is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

4.2 Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5.0 Late or Missing Refunds

5.1 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

5.2 Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5.3 If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@svenfish.com.

6.0 Sale Items

6.1 Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
